The first step is design. We’ll have a short conversation about your project so I can understand what your expectations are. The basics include the intended size, color or finish type, budget, and what styles you like. This is your time to dream big. Inspiration photos of projects you’ve seen before are also very helpful.

From here, I will provide a quote and we can discuss design options if desired. Furniture quotes are free unless you would like a computer rendering of the design, in which case there would be a $25 design fee. For projects requiring on-site measurements such as built in bookshelves or bathroom vanities, the quote will be budgetary pending on-site measurements. Based on mileage, there will be a measurement fee and appointment where I can take measurements before a final quote will be provided. Measurement fees are applied to the project cost if you decide to move forward. ​

 

After there is an approved design and finalized project cost, a non-refundable 50% payment is needed to secure your spot in the build queue. Deposits are non-refundable because they are used to purchase the materials of the project. Projects are completed in the order they are received. You will be notified when your project has been reached in the build queue and we'll provide regular updates throughout the build process.
